My relationship with Demma Intelligence.

Demma Intelligence (@demmagence) is an independent developer collective that I co-founded and co-own alongside Deryl (@Derylfabiensyah), bringing together five student developers under a single shared worktable: Bama, Deryl, Alifka, Aditya, and Cahya.

Guided by the philosophy “We learn through work that is real,” we treat every project as a collaborative learning space: defining real-world problems, experimenting with modern mobile and web stacks, exchanging code reviews, and finishing products that people can use.

Our flagship release is CBT, an Android Computer-Based Test portal engineered with Flutter, Dart, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and BLoC/Cubit for school administrators, teachers, and students, alongside 9 open-source repositories spanning AI agent studios, fintech tools, and mobile apps.

Principles of Collaboration

  • 02 Experiment boldly: Ideas have room to be tried, challenged, and refined through hands-on software engineering practice.
